Shipping, Handling and Taxes
We ship our products to  U.S. and Internationally. Be sure to enter your own name, shipping address and correct telephone number in the SHIPPING FIELDS and the actual credit card holder name, billing address and correct telephone number in the BILLING FIELDS during the checkout process.
Please note that U.S. and International orders are Tax Exempt, but some countries might apply their own tax fees.
Please be adviced that US Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL and our shipping companies have a fuel surcharge besides the delivery fees. The fuel surcharge will be applied to Priority Courier, Xpresspost, Expedited Parcel, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost-USA/International, Puropak, Purolator International, International/USA-Air Parcel and Surface Parcel, and FedEx shipments. Small packets USA and International will be excluded.
If you like to verify our estimate for your shipment through US Post web site. Please note that shipping, handling and packaging boxes will be adjusted with US Post/UPS, before delivering your order (usually takes one business day). Once the product is delivered, you will be given a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping & Risks
When products are shipped to you by a common courier, XCanopy liability is limited by the common courier terms and conditions for shipping. You may wish to direct our company to add an insurance, require signature on delivery, or schedule a pick up (US Post and UPS charge extra fees for some services). Also, US Post will ship any item that weighs around 30 kg/66 lbs and within 200,000 cm3 volume (beyond that will result extra fees).
Note: If you receive your order and notice any damage or alteration to the box condition, please refuse to accept the item (US Post/UPS will return the order back to us), or ask the courier guy to open/examine it for you. Otherwise, neither Canada Post/FedEx nor our company can be held responsible for your actions. Ignoring this procedure will void your RMA (RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION, check below for details).

Return Policy
All purchases are final, unless the product is defective. Please examine your package closely prior to opening the sealed package. Defective products will be approved for return within 7 days from receiving your order, and at your own expense (20% restocking fees charge will be applied on non defective items). Returns must be 100% complete. New items must be in an original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, original invoice, RMA (if available) and packing slip.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (some exceptions apply). All (accepted) defective products will be either credited or exchanged. If your part(s) was defective, then we will exchange it within 7 days after receiving your order. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issuing them. All RMA numbers must appear on the outside box.
To request a Return Authorization Number, please contact our Customer Support or send email to . You must pay the shipping for the returned item(s). For non defective products shipped by XCanopy or other companies, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total credit of returned item(s)(excluding shipping and taxes).
This return policy is not a warranty. XCanopy reserves the right to change or cancel it at any time before accepting your order/return claim. For refund purposes, you need to precisely follow the previous return procedures. Also, you need to allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive to us and pass an inspection process. Once your return is accepted, we will credit or refund the total amount (including shipping and taxes).
Damaged packages
For damaged packages, we can accept these (3) days after the packages arrive. If your packages do not have Shipping Insurance, you might get a replacement with 50% discount after we receive the return damaged packages.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is an extra fee of 5% total of your cart that you are asked to pay to insure your packages in case of lost or damage. Choosing the insurance means your order will be insured and we will ship the new one to you immediately with no more charge.
